نقض حقوق بشر در ایران – ۱۹ ژوئیه ۲۰۲۵

در ایران، حق زندگی، آزادی و کرامت انسانی هر روز به بازی گرفته می‌شود — و ما نمی‌خواهیم خاموش بمانیم.

🚫 ۱. سرکوب قومیت بلوچ؛ دو زن، دو جنازه، یک روستا در سوگ

در روستای قونیچ در سیستان و بلوچستان، نیروهای مسلح با حمله به خانه‌های غیرنظامی، دو زن بلوچ را به ضرب گلوله کشتند و چندین زن و کودک را زخمی کردند. این حمله هیچ پوشش رسمی یا پاسخ‌گویی قضایی در پی نداشت.

🔎 نقض آشکار ماده ۵ سند ۲۰۳۰: برابری جنسیتی و پایان خشونت علیه زنان.

⚖️ ۲. موج جدید بازداشت‌های بی‌محاکمه تحت عنوان “امنیت ملی”

در ماه گذشته، بیش از ۷۰۰ نفر در شهرهای مختلف ایران به اتهامات کلی و بدون سند “جاسوسی و همکاری با دشمن” بازداشت شدند. محاکمه‌ای صورت نگرفت، و شش نفر از آن‌ها اعدام شدند.

📌 نقض اصل دادرسی عادلانه، ماده ۱۶ و ۱۷ سند ۲۰۳۰.

🔒 ۳. حمله به زندانیان سیاسی در قزل‌حصار

در ۱۶ ژوئیه، زندانیان سیاسی در بند امنیتی قزل‌حصار هدف حمله فیزیکی قرار گرفتند. مأموران بدون حکم رسمی قصد داشتند یکی از زندانیان را شبانه منتقل کنند. مقاومت مسالمت‌آمیز زندانیان از وقوع فاجعه جلوگیری کرد، اما نفس این حمله، نشانگر وضعیت بی‌قانون زندان‌هاست.

🛑 نقض حق حیات، کرامت انسانی و ممنوعیت شکنجه.

🧠 نتیجه‌گیری – این‌جا نه عدالت هست، نه پاسخ‌گویی، نه شرافت حکومتی

آن‌چه در ایران امروز می‌گذرد، فراتر از نقض حقوق بشر است. این یک سیاست رسمی حذف و انکار کرامت انسانی‌ست.

فرقی نمی‌کند بلوچ باشی یا کرد، زن باشی یا کودک، روزنامه‌نگار باشی یا شاعر؛ اگر بخواهی نفس بکشی و حقیقت را بگویی، صدایت را می‌برند، گاه با گلوله، گاه با طناب دار.

سکوت ما، مجوز آن‌هاست.

بیایید صدای انسان باشیم، نه بلندگوی دولت‌ها.

نقض حقوق بشر در ایران، دیگر بهانه ندارد.

Human Rights Violations in Iran – July 19, 2025

In Iran, the right to life, liberty, and human dignity is violated every single day — and we refuse to remain silent.

🚫 1. Baloch Women Killed in Quonich Village – A Silent Tragedy

In the village of Quonich, Sistan and Baluchestan province, armed security forces raided civilian homes and opened fire, killing two Baloch women and injuring several others, including children. No official report, no judicial accountability, and no justice followed.

🔎 Clear violation of Article 5 of the 2030 Agenda: Gender equality and the elimination of violence against women.

⚖️ 2. Mass Arrests Without Trial – “National Security” as a Tool of Oppression

In the past month, over 700 individuals across Iran were arrested under vague charges of “espionage” and “collaboration with enemies.” None received a fair trial. Six were executed without transparent legal procedures.

📌 Violates the right to a fair trial – Articles 16 and 17 of the 2030 Agenda.

🔒 3. Political Prisoners Assaulted in Ghezel Hesar Prison

On July 16, political prisoners in the high-security wing of Ghezel Hesar were physically attacked. Authorities attempted to transfer one prisoner without legal order in the middle of the night. Peaceful resistance by other inmates prevented further violence — but the very act of this attack reflects the lawlessness within Iranian prisons.

🛑 Violation of the right to life, human dignity, and the absolute prohibition of torture.

🧠 Conclusion – A System Built on Injustice, Silence, and Fear

What is happening in Iran goes beyond mere human rights violations. It is a deliberate policy of erasure — of dignity, of identity, and of truth.

It does not matter whether you are Baloch or Kurdish, a woman or a child, a journalist or a poet. If you dare to breathe freely or speak the truth, they will silence you — with bullets, or with ropes.

Our silence is their license.

Let us be the voice of humanity — not the mouthpiece of power.

There are no more excuses for human rights abuses in Iran.
